Refund Policy

Due to our international dropshipping model, orders are placed with our supplier in China immediately after purchase. 

Refunds/Returns are only available if:

1. The item arrives damaged or defective. Please email photos within 48 hours of delivery.

2. You received the wrong item.

3. The supplier failed to dispatch your order.

Approved refunds will be processed via Paystack to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. 

Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of ordering, before we submit to the supplier in China.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
