Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled via our verified suppliers in China using a dropshipping model.

Processing Time: 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time: 12-18 business days for South Africa. DDP - Delivered Duty Paid. No additional customs or VAT fees will be charged on delivery.

You will receive a tracking number via email within 3 business days of your order being dispatched by our supplier in China.

Please note: We do not hold local stock. Orders cannot be cancelled after 2 hours because they are placed with our supplier immediately.
